Health Transformation Coaching
Health Transformation Coaching is a partnership between you and your Health Coach. As the client, you select your own focus areas and your Health Coach, in turn, will offer evidence-based nutrition education, information, guidance and a framework to best suit your needs. Your Health Coach will always respect you as an expert in your own life, with the ability to choose your own pathway and strategies. As your coach, I also assist with the following:
ACCOUNTABILITY
Knowing that you have to check in with another person about your progress can give you the push you need.
ENCOURAGEMENT
Health coaches act as cheerleaders to pick you up when you’re not having a good day.
UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT
A health coach doesn’t judge your actions. We help you come to your own conclusions about what works.
About Me
I’m both a certified Health Transformation Coach and Nutrition Coach, who has a passion for helping others achieve their goals of living a healthy lifestyle. I’m a firm proponent of the view that food is medicine, and together with a healthy lifestyle, your body will heal. I also strongly believe that ageing in a healthy, fit body, is an attainable and realistic goal.
As a Health Transformation and Nutrition Coach, I will look at your life as a whole – that includes the food you consume, your lifestyle, your sleep, and your stress levels. Together we will explore ways for you to experience your notion of optimum health.

This programme is for those who have lived a healthy lifestyle in the past but have fallen off the wagon. It provides you with the necessary support to get you back on track.
8 week programme (with flexibility over a max. of 12 weeks).
- 1 X 90 min health profile assessment
- 4 X 45 min one-to-one sessions (*conducted via Zoom)
- 3 X email/WhatsApp/telephone support
These sessions include:
- Assessment of your health profile
- Blood sugar balancing
- Personal health planning
- Weekly food diary review
- Nutrition success formula
- Weekly goal setting & assessment
Programme – Revitalize
This programme is suitable for those who lack energy, are not exercising, have digestive issues, excessive stress, and who have some weight to lose.
12 week programme (with flexibility over a max. of 16 weeks)
- 1 X 90 min health profile assessment
- 6 X 60 min one-to-one sessions (*conducted via Zoom)
- 5 X email/WhatsApp/telephone support
These sessions include:
- Assessment of your health profile

- Unlimited email/WhatsApp/telephone support
These sessions include:

- Personal health planning
- Weekly food diary review
- Nutrition success formula
- Weekly goal setting & assessment
All the programmes include a Nutrition Success Formula Guide (a guide for healthy food choices and a healthy lifestyle). I will provide you with pertinent information on how the body works, as well as useful tips and information as required.
All the above will be done according to my scope of practice.
