Health Transformation Coaching

Health Transformation Coaching is a partnership between you and your Health Coach. As the client, you select your own focus areas and your Health Coach, in turn, will offer evidence-based nutrition education, information, guidance and a framework to best suit your needs. Your Health Coach will always respect you as an expert in your own life, with the ability to choose your own pathway and strategies. As your coach, I also assist with the following:

Knowing that you have to check in with another person about your progress can give you the push you need.

ENCOURAGEMENT

Health coaches act as cheerleaders to pick you up when you’re not having a good day.

UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT

A health coach doesn’t judge your actions. We help you come to your own conclusions about what works.

About Me

I’m both a certified Health Transformation Coach and Nutrition Coach, who has a passion for helping others achieve their goals of living a healthy lifestyle. I’m a firm proponent of the view that food is medicine, and together with a healthy lifestyle, your body will heal. I also strongly believe that ageing in a healthy, fit body, is an attainable and realistic goal.

As a Health Transformation and Nutrition Coach, I will look at your life as a whole – that includes the food you consume, your lifestyle, your sleep, and your stress levels. Together we will explore ways for you to experience your notion of optimum health.

Working with my Health coach made me think more about why I am determined to change my lifestyle, and why it is important to do so. In a nutshell it’s for my own benefit. To feel better about myself. More confident, and more in control.

I can confidently say that I feel so much better about myself. I’ve lost over 25kgs and I intend to lose more weight, by living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy exercising more than before, in fact I look forward to any form of exercise.

All the programmes include a Nutrition Success Formula Guide (a guide for healthy food choices and a healthy lifestyle). I will provide you with pertinent information on how the body works, as well as useful tips and information as required.
